DIY Santa Head

This super easy DIY Santa Head uses everyday items some from the Dollar Store and some from around the house.

Materials Needed:

(1) Wire wreath frame

Wire cutters

Men's socks

Chunky yarn

Thin Wire

Poly fill or stuffing from an old pillow

Scissors

Fake fur

Red ribbon or material

Buttons

Pom poms

Hot glue

Ornament for decoration ( optional)

Taking the Wire wreath frame in one hand cut the wires on the other side creating a half moon shape.

Tape off the shape edges and cover both ends with the socks. Stuff the socks with poly fill and glue overlapping ends together.

Using the red ribbon or red material cover the top of the half moon going about 1/4 of the way down. Leave room for the face. Add pom pom to top of hat.

Add fake fur at the end of the red ribbon by the face.

Using the chunky yarn wrap the bottom of the half moon up to the face area gluing it periodically. At the face area zig zag the yarn back and forth gluing it periodically.

Add buttons for the eyes and a pom pom for the nose.

Wire the ornament to the middle of the hat.

Add wire or yarn to back of hat to hang.
